"What documents do I need to lodge an loan application?

Photocopies
of documents required for all applicants or guarantors at the time of application include:
    • Photo Identification (i.e.: Driver's Licence or Passport)
      Secondary identification may be required in some cases

    • Employed Persons (P.A.Y.G.)
      Two Current Payslips and/or letter from employer confirming base salary,

    • (If you have been in your current job for less than 1 year) Last 2 year's Group Certificates OR Last 2 year's Tax Returns

    • Self-Employed persons
      Last 2 year's Tax Returns for individuals and busines

      2 year's Profit & Loss and balance sheet

    • Companies and Trusts Last 2 year's Tax Returns for Company/ Trust, which must include P&L and balance sheetLast 2 year's Tax Returns for all Directors/guarantors
    • Property Purchase
      For loans above 80% of property value, bank saving statements covering the last 6 months. Copy of the front page of Contract for Sale complete with full names and purchase price Evidence of funds to complete transactions on day of settlement

    • Refinancing
      Loan statements from existing Lender (covering the last 6 months) for all loans being refinanced. Recently Issued Property/Council Rate Notice

Other documentation may be requested from time to time
Application fee is payable at the time of lodging the application, and there are conditional refunds.
